First of all we understand that RIKTs are a new thing in the surf industry. Interchangeable kick tails and traction pads with a kick that supports your entire foot have never been surfed on before. We want you to be able try a RIKT risk-FREE which is why we have a hassle-free love it or return it return policy.
Any kick tail, mounting plate or traction pad can be returned within 60 days from the purchase date for a complete refund excluding shipping fees. Even if you’ve used it! Simply ship the product back to us and we’ll issue a refund.
Apparel can be returned within 30 days from the sale date as long as it’s unworn and in salable condition.
Expect the refund to show up on your end within seven days from when we receive the returned item.
